The warranty covers defects in products that appear in the warranty period stated on product packaging or warranty documentation provided with the product. Belkin's warranty entitles you to a product replacement or other remedy as specified on your product packing or warranty documentation.
To make a warranty claim contact or visit your place of purchase, or contact Belkin on 1800 BELKIN (toll-free) for information about where to send your product. You are responsible for all transport, shipping and product inspection costs associated with making a claim.
In addition to any warranty we give, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
